Our Criteria

At "The Next 100," we believe that leadership is multifaceted. Our selection process is rigorous and holistic, ensuring that we identify individuals who not only excel in their respective fields but also embody the values and vision required to shape the next century.

  2. Community Impact: Individuals who have made tangible positive changes in their communities, whether locally or globally.

  3. Collaborative Spirit: Those who understand the power of teamwork and are committed to fostering partnerships and alliances.

  4. Ethical Integrity: Leaders who act with transparency, honesty and a deep sense of responsibility.

  5. Future Vision: Individuals with a clear vision for the future and the determination to see it realized.

The Selection Journey

​

  • Nominations: Anyone can nominate a potential leader. Our nomination form is comprehensive, ensuring we gather all necessary information to evaluate candidates effectively.

  • Initial Review: Our team conducts a preliminary review of all nominations, assessing them based on our established criteria.

  • Deep Dive: Shortlisted candidates undergo a more in-depth evaluation, which may include interviews, reference checks and a review of their past projects and achievements.

  • Final Selection: Our panel of experts and industry leaders come together to select the final 100 leaders.

  • Announcement: The Next 100 Leaders are announced and celebrated for their achievements.
